a few in the 80s stood before us and had difficulty ordering. Jose was the young man who worked the line. jose was just amazing! he explained to the man and his wife everything that helps most patiently! wow! great job jose! the cashier even helped to bring the order of the couples to a table. great customer service all around. our eating was fantastic and we will definitely stop again! I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff were rude, and when I ordered a double chicken burrito bowl, I received a tiny portion that could barely satisfy a toddler. I've always enjoyed good service here and have been a frequent customer, so this was particularly frustrating. I will be reaching out to the manager about this issue. Food rating: 1/5. At about 7 o'clock on the way thru the area. The tables were a mess, I thought there was a crazy rush because we were the only customers there. The food was tasty, but everything in the bowl was cold except the snake... and it cooled quickly because everything else was so cold. My shredded cheese didn't even melt.
When I let the person at the counter know I'd never been there before, he kindly talked me through what different things were and the general ordering process. I ended up with a bowl (with a healthy serving of guacamole, no extra charge), queso, and chips. The queso was awesome and the chips had the perfect amount of lime and salt flavor!
Staff is friendly and courteous. I saw one man help a customer who had physical limits, and he treated him with the utmost respect. The manager seemed to be one who's good to work for/with.Food is good, too. Generous portions.

This was my first time at Qdoba or at least my first trip in 10+ years. I have to control my sodium, so there's only certain things I can eat. A burrito with rice, beans and everything else is no way. I got tacos because corn is pretty decent for me. The steak quality was fine, but the worker didn't drain any of the marinade, and corn tortillas are always delicate, so it soaked right through and busted them up. The onions weren't chopped like normal; they were like marinated 1/4 slices in a pink juice. I don't know what it's supposed to fit with, but it didn't with my dish. The cilantro had a lot of stems, which is fine for rabbits, but not desirable by most humans. Then while I was eating, one of the workers took a break with her moody boyfriend and ate while jawing with another worker across the seating area. It was immature. The food was fine, but they have competition a few miles away that's the same price and 10x better. The only reason I didn't go there was Q was open two hours later and I didn't have an option. I don't know if I'll go back, but I don't think it will be here.
