I’m not sure who the wonderful staff member was, but they were incredibly sweet! I ordered a bowl of broccoli cheese soup, and they mentioned it would take just a minute because they wanted to ensure the soup met their standards. As someone with a lot of experience in food service, I truly appreciated that they took the time to make sure it was hot and safe to eat. Thank you so much—they really brightened my day! What User doesn't like about Erbert And Gerberts:
I always feel a little disappointed with their things lately. I feel like they hardly put any meat on their sandwiches and for the price point it’s just not really worth it to me. But I do enjoy their soups and the veggie wrap they have. View all feedback.
Excellent eating with a unique menu. I had the cute and it was full of taste! we had 4 sandwiches of this visit and they were all good, they even made us substitutions. the prices were appropriate for any sandwich and combo we ordered. they also support a local organization (tiger trot) with a part of the sales for the day.
The employees during lunch today were awesome! They had great personalities and were attentive ready and wanting to help me wi the my order. Thought they deserved a shout out!
Not sure on the food; but the atmosphere an the service was amazing; wasn't familiar with the area an they were more than welcome to point me in the right direction
Good food, not the greatest service... The servers weren’t mean, but they did mix up our order, and proceded to double-charge my mother again for the things that we originally wanted. Typically, restaurants just correct the order free of charge, but I guess that’s not policy here. Mom spent five minutes trying to correct the charges, but the waitress did not seem to understand. It happened to be on the day of Big 9 so I understand they could be flustered, but I just think it’s strange to have to go through all that just for the food we wanted in the first place. Overall, not a bad place to eat, but don’t let them mix up your order.
Beautiful location! Good food but pricey for what you get. Manager working front counter wasn’t friendly. Still, it was fun!
