Never have had this kind of service before but it needs to be addressed.Will not be back if this is the kind of service that is being delivered by this certain waitress!

You can't go wrong with the riblets and Fiesta Lime Chicken, and the mozzarella sticks are also excellent. However, the steaks consistently arrive undercooked. I always request them well done, but they usually come out pink to rare. If you're looking for a treat, definitely try the Blondie—it's a delightful dessert made with maple butter and walnuts!

Other staff members brought out our food, but we never received our drinks. The food was cold, and my boyfriend didn't even get what he ordered. Normally, we wouldn't ask to speak with a manager, but we did this time. The manager, who we believe was named Jessica, was polite and understanding. She handled the situation very well!
