We tried bombette which was incorporated into a pizza. We also ordered a very average salad. Pleasant setting in the alleyway but the seats weren’t the most comfortable.
We stopped here for lunch. The restaurant's outdoor seating area leads onto one of the main streets in Alberobello. The outdoor seating area is small, intimate and made up on benches to sit on. We were served quickly. Unfortunately the panzerotti and arancini wasn't available so we ordered the cheese and cold meat platter followed by mortadella panini. The cheeseboard was in the shape of Puglia which was sweet. The food was fresh and tastes great. Good price.
The best panzerotti we ever had! We first had one carbonara and a discotto (a sort pf piadina with mozzarella and cime di rapal). They were so good that we had another one, a classical. Then again a classical and one with bombette. And about three Peroni classiche. The classico is the equivalent to pizza margherita bost ingredients and in richness and athenticity of the taste. The owners are a young and very kind couple. They gave us some very original amd very tasty polpete to serve, made with bread, parmiggiano and parsley.
