Eugina the manager is a complete ignorant individual!! I placed an order online and couldn’t get my card to work so I called to place and order, my husband gets there to pick up and looks at our account online before he gets the pizza and my card was charged twice!!! Pizza was decent. However, the ordering process was ridiculous. They used a call center that was most likely out of country because the person trying to take the order had a thick accent that was difficult to understand and they couldn't even pronounce Albemarle. We ended up ordering it through Uber Eats and picked it up.
Received wrong pizza, Could not get in touch with anyone at store. on hold for 15 minutes and counting.
Delivery. Pizza was awesome! Hotadded peppers and garlic side. Delivery guy was polite. Will order again!!!! Prices are good too.
