Ordered ahead before we left for an order to take to family, and when the app said the order was ready, we still had to wait 15min for order. Can't blame it on no one was working cause I counted 7 people in there.

Don't ask for fresh hot wings u will get a teeth smack and attitude from the cook then get cussed out by the mgr for the cook like they at home running a busine... read more Don't ask for fresh hot wings u will get a teeth smack and attitude from the cook then get cussed out by the mgr for the cook like they at home running a business acted like she knew me she don't know me at all they make kfc look bad if u want good service and fresh food and live in Albemarle you have to go to Richfield that's why Albemarle never busy at night only in the daytime they busy because of the rude workers and mgr at night that was my last time going to this one until they get a new night crew.
