I went through the drive-thru... read more I drove my 18-wheeler to get breakfast this morning, but when I arrived, the restaurant was understaffed and the lobby was closed. I went through the drive-thru to place my order, and while I was waiting on the side, a staff member kindly called me over and asked me to wait at the door for my food. This is the second time in a few weeks that the drive-thru team has gone out of their way to assist me, and I truly appreciate it. Their willingness to provide great service, whether you dine in or go through the drive-thru, really stands out. I was also impressed by the food I received this morning—it was hot, tasty, and generous in portion.

Came for breakfast yesterday morning said they weren’t going to open till 2 hours after I showed up. Pull up this morning and there’s no biscuits ready. The older white lady that ran it in the morning had this store running great haven’t seen her in a while and it’s just been problems ever since.

They took the order from the car in front of us, but I couldn't get anyone to answer. If it weren't for the headlights, I wouldn't have been able to see anything. This place has really declined and needs employees who truly care. Come on, Hardee's, you can do better than this.
