Hardee’s - Albemarle

Sat in drive thru for 15 minutes. Kept saying hello. No one answered. And they didn't turn on their menu light. They took the order of the car in front of us. But could not get them to answer. If not for headlights wouldn't be able to see it. This place has went down hill and needs better employees who actually care. Step up Hardee's your better then this.

Employees were not paying attention and I made a mobile order at 8:05pm and was told on my app it would be ready by 8:15pm and I arrived at 8:21pm and my food was not ready and the two employees were not even paying attention to the customers in the parking lot at the drive thru the person in front of us actually left and the employee who was supposed to be working the drive thru didn't even have her headset on

I’ve never had a more disgusting chicken sandwich in my entire life. The texture of the chicken continues to give me nightmares later to where I don’t even want a chicken sandwich from anywhere. I will never again return to this location.

Food a 3 just because I got a very dry and over cooked cheeseburger, but with that being said it was still very good, which is saying something when it comes to fast food. Service was great, very friendly staff. Small menu, but that is a good thing. Keeps them focused on making everything that they do have taste great. Overall a great restaurant.

Took 15 mins for my order to be taken.It took another 5 minutes for someone to take my payment.The food is not hotThe staff all put one person were cutting up. The manager needs to take control of this location.One staff member kept wiping her nose with her bare hands which she did Not wash before touching the bags. Really disappointed in this location. I am a kitchen manager, this manager needs to do better.
