Doors are mai... read more Told them I wanted EXTRA creamcheese on my bagels everytime...always charged me extra yet gives me paper thin creams. Customer service is alright. Doors are mainly locked, always locked 30mins before closing. Seems like they NEVER have boston kremesdonuts. Always running out, even in the morning, no sprinkles, none of their best sellers are ever available. District managerneeds to retrain all the staffs. Its sad that we have this terrible service in Albermarle.

Almost every single time my order is either missing something or they send the wrong item! So disappointed! I love Dunkin? but Iwill be taking my money and business elsewhere! Corporate needs to get involved! If I could give no stars I would!

When she finished correcting it she then scooped the toppings off and placed the flat lid on the cup and handed itto me with no explanation why.

Don't even try going inside, you will be faster with a line around the building because they won't even speak to you. I'm one todeal with a wrong order, no big deal, but this morning I can't even drink my coffee because it is loaded with so much sugar.. Ilike sweet coffee but it tastes like a straight cup of sugar... my food is wrong and I didn't get all my hashbrowns... Justdisappointing because this used to be THE PLACE TO GO.. COME ON STARBUCKS!

I have been trying to give them multiple chances, but in the past month, this Dunkin' has consistently disappointed me. The district manager emailed me to arrange a free coffee and donut after I placed a mobile order on the 17th, but when I arrived at the store, it was closed due to staffing issues. I still haven't received any response from Shannon or corporate regarding a refund or the promised free items. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
