Unfortunately, the staff were extremely rude, and I had to go out of my way to get their attention just to complete my order. To make matters worse, they messed up my order and charged me for items I never received. When I called back to address the issue, the female cashier laughed as if her mistake and her rudeness to me and other customers was amusing. I was appalled. My family will no longer be patronizing this establishment, and I strongly suggest anyone else who doesn’t want to be treated poorly to avoid it as well! There are plenty of other great places to eat!

A... read more I stopped for gas and paid in cash, which made the price a few cents lower (hey, every penny counts). I didn't have to wait for a pump to be available either. After filling up my gas tank, I treated myself to a slice of pizza. It was reasonably priced and absolutely delicious and satisfying. I highly recommend the Shadwell store for both gas and food products. The location is very convenient, making it easy to get in and out.
