Sizzler - Albany (New York)

Good food, plenty of variety, and friendly staff. We often go to Sizzler, sometimes just the two of us and sometimes as a gathering and eating place for our adult children and the grandchildren Sizzler always provides a welcoming atmosphere. The closest we've ever come to a bad experience was when my steak was cooked to medium rare instead of medium well; and in that instance our server was very apologetic and even had the chef come to our table to personally apologize. It wasn't that big a deal to me, I often have a medium rare steak, but the server discovered the mix-up before the order ever came to me and it was obvious that she placed a high priority on getting things done the right way. From the impressive salad bar where you will find plenty of variety (wings, soup, fresh fruit, and of course salad), to steaks, seafood, and an extended kids menu. If you are looking for a casual dining steak house you can't go wrong with Sizzler.

I invited my doughter for dinner at sizzler in albany oregon, I was disappointed for the way the lady who was serving us, she suppose to treat all customers equally, but she was not, singiled us with rude and ruined our dinner time,
