What Calysta Robb doesn't like about Frost Flour:
My cake was a huge disappointment for the amount I paid. I gave two reference pictures that they made in the past and had specific components I wanted and they were completely ignored. Communication was poor. A friend of mine I referred to them ordered cupcakes and half of them were not filled and had the incorrect kind of frosting on them. I will say it was a good flavor though. Our wedding cake was delicious and beautiful! Cake to go jars were yummy too!
Attempted to reach out and buy a few products. Never got a response. And wanting to support local business. Poor customer service for sure

Frost Flour makes such beautiful cakes (and other treats)! Not only are they gorgeous but they actually taste amazing too! That is hard to find other places, you usually get either taste or look, but I don’t have to sacrifice either with Frost Flour. Highly recommend!! Book in advance though- they fill up their calendar quick.
