Sizzler Usa Restaurants - Albany

We enjoyed the salad bar. The atmosphere is wonderful. There was a pricing problem the board quoted 11 dollars and some change as a lunch price before 4pm. The hottest said because it was Saturday they charge dinner price of 14 something all day but I didn't see that written on the board. Food awesome! Clean environment and food restocked often.

We went there at dinner time and had to wait for a cashier because the cashier was filling a door dash order. After another person came to take our order, we were processed quickly. This day we just did the salad bar because we were limited on our dining time. The salad bar was well stocked and kept that way while we were there.

Very busy here on Sunday. It was clean and the staff was very friendly. The lemonade was worth the cost for sure. I recommend and would return just maybe not at peak ti.e.

After we haven't been in a Sizzler in recent years, we decided to try. Steaks and salads sounded good. The Lord who took our order was half rude and very business. No smile, no social courtesy. We went to take place and found half the restaurant reserved for a party we never saw all the time we were there. We found the only clean table available (4 were never cleaned by the employees, but the entire visit several customers were required to delete their own tables before they could sit). We got our salads and there were no plates available. We waited. No waiter, no drinks. We tried a few more minutes later and found records in stock again. When we finished our salads, the waiter arrived with our drinks. When our dinner arrived, we thought that the lobster didn't look as big as on the menu board forward and the plates looked impressing. (We both ordered Streaks) My husband's potatoes were cold, but there was no one to say it, and no one checked us or asked us how it tastes EVER. We have remained very disappointed and we will not go back.

We were very disappointed this time about our visit to Albany Sizzler. It has been a place enjoyed for many years, but this was the first return since the pandemic. Our complaint was that the salad bar elements were limited to the variety and even worse the hot items were boiled and maternally dried. (especially the Corn Fritter Chicken Nuggets). Only not exquisite when it was the best dinner time. The steaks were cooked to perfection, although we both felt that it was the inferior meat that we liked to be responsible for the supply chain problems America and still faced, do not choose Sizzlers because they always had perfect steaks. Finally, our waiter went beyond and beyond to be helpful when we, like fools, forget to get our drinks before sitting. All in all, we will give him another attempt, but frankly, the salad bar is in serious need of quality control assessment.
