We had previously visited the one in Ithaca, NY and had a good experience. Ordering the same half rack of ribs as we did in Ithaca, we were pleased with the roll, butter, and house salad. However, when our ribs arrived, they were overcooked with a burnt sugar taste on the top. The meat was dry and stringy after the charred top fell off. We were disappointed with our meal, despite the waiter mentioning unlimited rolls and butter, which we had trouble finding. Overall, we do not plan on returning to this restaurant.

We both ordered a half rack of ribs, just like we had in Ithaca. The rolls and delicious butter were fantastic, as was the house salad. However, when our ribs arrived, it was clear that they had been overcooked. Instead of being saucy, the top of the ribs was black and tasted like burnt sugar. The meat underneath was dry and tough. Our meal was sadly a disappointment. The waiter mentioned that there were unlimited rolls and butter, but we didn't see any additional rolls unless we found them ourselves. We have no plans to dine at this Texas Roadhouse again.

We had been to the one in Ithaca, NY before and it was decent. We ordered half a rack of ribs, just like we did in Ithaca. The rolls and butter were delicious, as was the house salad. However, when the ribs arrived, they were clearly overcooked. Instead of their usual sauce, the ribs were black on top and tasted burnt. The meat was dry and tough after it fell off the charred bones. Our dinner, which we had been looking forward to, turned out to be a major disappointment. The waiter mentioned that there were unlimited rolls and butter available, but we had to ask for them ourselves. Overall, I don't think we'll be returning to this restaurant.
