I read reviews and seem some have had bad experience here. I've always quite the opposite. I drive out of my way to go to this subway. They have always had what I want and it was always good. They also let you use coupons from the paper. I eat at a lot of subways and this one is one of my favorite. I stay away from pumpkin center subway and the one on University avenue personally. Ordered through the app, waited for confirmation that the order was ready only to walk in and find that they hadn’t even started. Didn’t have multiple items on hand to fill the order, took another 30 minutes to make 2 subs that were still ice cold when they handed them to me. View all feedback.

This is the second time in a row I have ordered from this Subway and my order was wrong. Last time was horrible, though. But this time I ordered the sweet onion chicken teriyaki with only meat and cheese and they put purple onions on it, and they’re so strong, they overpower even the sweet onion teriyaki sauce that’s on it. Purple onions are the worst, to me, and they ruin anything they come in contact with. I ended up giving it to my daughter. Also, I ordered cookies, paid for them, and asked if she remembered that I ordered them. Thank goodness I checked when I got in the car because they were never placed in the bag like they should’ve been. Especially since I had just reminded her again. But I understand that people get tired and it was the end of her shift so I overlooked that small inconvenience. Manners mean everything to me and she redeemed herself in that department. She was so nice and polite that I couldn’t get aggravated with her for leaving them out.

The slowest people in town work here if you’re in a rush don’t bother
Don't order from subway in Albany,,I have been waiting on my order (2 sandwiches) for over an hr ..not only are they inconsiderate and rude they can't get the order correct ..McDonald's across the street is better and that's is bad ..they need to stick to selling gas and bear leave the food part to real people
