Oregon Home Grown Foods - Albany

We had lunch today at Homegrown Oregon and it was a really lovely experience! The staff are all incredibly friendly, and if you have food allergies like I do are very careful to ensure that whatever you order will be safe. They are a fully gluten free restaurant. And speaking of the food, it was awesome! I loved the chicken salad, hubby had the scramble and our kiddo had the pancakes. The atmosphere is very laid back with fun art on the walls and water served in really neat bottles. I wish we had something like this in the city where we live. Highly recommend!

Wonderful local business with amazing, flavorful dishes and quality, locally-sourced organic ingredients. We also recently had them cater a graduation party, and both the tacos and summer avocado rolls were delicious!Food: 5/5

The menu didn 't specify mushrooms in the scrambles. I am DEATHLY allergic (like epipen wherever I go allergic) my husband and I read and reread the menu, no mention of mushrooms.My meal came full of mushrooms. When we asked if his dish had mushrooms, we were told No ....but it did, in fact, have mushrooms!Just put ALL ingredients on the menu!!Service was awesome!!This was literally the one time we didn 't disclose my allergy becuase mushrooms were NOT listed in either of our meals!!!

Golly, what a really great experience. The food was delicious!!I had the Pele Fire Bowl which was not overly spicy and came with very tender steak strips, lots of vegetables, rice and fresh pineapple chunks. The homemade Fire sauce was excellent and available for purchase by the bottle.My wife had the two different types of street tacos the Balsamic and Pappa Gregg and she loved them both.The decor is very eclectic with lots of things to view. Pricing was reasonable, service very friendly, and you certainly get your money's worth. Go, you will not be disappointed.Vegetarian options: Very large choice of dishes.Parking: Parking is in free lot next to the restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy accesDietary restrictions: The only entirely gluten free restaurant in the area.

Absolutely amazing food! I've had several meals now and each one has been amazing! The tacos are my favorite. Full of flavor! Friendly staff. Welcoming dining room. Lots of regulars coming in to dine in or grab orders to go. We've put it on our rotation for work lunches.Food: 5/5
