Little Caesars Pizza - Albany

I can't believe how poor the service is at this restaurant. I placed an online order, and after waiting two hours, my food still wasn't ready. When I finally received it, it was cold. I tried to call the restaurant, but they wouldn't pick up. When they finally did answer, I was told it was my fault for the delay. This experience was just incredibly frustrating.

I don't appreciate that they require you to order through an app when you're at the restaurant. It undermines the idea of having food served hot and ready.

Mediocre. do they love the order online inspection, but how for the pizza? you can say it doesn't matter to them and, why isn't the detroit style deep dish ultimate/supreme available online?

Food was hot and fresh. Was ready when it was supposed to be based on app and email. Pick up was seem less.

The young man managing the evening shift at the Oglethorpe location does a fine job. They make good pizza and they are consistently meeting their schedule for pick up orders.Tonight we ordered 10 pizzas at one time for a crew working into the evening. They had all 10 ready in exactly the time frame they promised. The one time (about a year ago) that there was an error, he quickly corrected the problem and all was well.
