Gametime Sportsbar Grill - Albany

As you drive down Waverly, be on the lookout, as it's not easily visible from the street. Once you see the sign, take a left and their entrance will be the next driveway on the right. The restaurant has the typical sports bar vibe, complete with televisions on the walls. There’s a bar area, a row of high-top tables, and a row of regular tables and chairs by the front windows. I asked my server, Jen, if the menus were the same at both locations, and she confirmed they were. I ordered the Chipotle Bleu Cheese Burger with a side of green salad. The burger featured a half-pound patty topped with bleu cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato, red onion, and chipotle sauce, all served on a sturdy roll (definitely not something that a Wonder Bun could handle!). The salad consisted of romaine lettuce, arugula, spinach, tomatoes, red onion, and crunchy croutons, with honey mustard dressing served on the side. The burger was very good, which is expected given its price of $11.50. I would rank it among the several excellent burgers available in this small valley town, though I must admit that my favorite burger in Albany still remains the one at Wilhelm's B&G on Pacific Boulevard.

Great food! The Chicken Philly is delicious, and the appetizers are fantastic and a great value (you get a 5 appetizer sampler for just $8.00). Plus, the service is friendly!

We ordered the fish and chips along with two dinner salads and steamed vegetables instead of fries. The tartar sauce was fantastic, and everything was quite enjoyable. They have a great selection of beers, and the place also features a video lottery room, a game area, and darts.

First time in the US, have visited here most days. Good drinks, great breakfasts and extremely friendly and welcoming staff. Thanks from the UK

Nice place to eat..the outside dining was perfect, had the Club sandwich and Fish and Chips and the food and drinks were very tasty.
