I visited Dutch Bros for the first time and was really impressed by the helpfulness of the staff. We ordered a hot chocolate for my grandson, and the service and quality were outstanding. They even checked the temperature to ensure it wasn't too hot before serving it to us. I’ve never had such an attentive experience before. Great job! View all feedback. I recently reviewed my debit card transactions for Dutch Bros. Coffee from September 1st onward, and I've noticed some unusual charges, such as $19.68 and $16.92. My usual coffee orders are typically in rounded amounts, like $8.90 or $7.75, and when I do tip, I usually add a flat $2.00. Therefore, I'm puzzled by these odd amounts.
