Old blonde lady manager has a rude and nasty attitude. Cursing and being rude to a child is never ok in any manner. But as a customer dead wrong. She was very rude when asked about store info. Then locked us out the store when approached about herattitude toward my daughter.. I won't spend anothe penny in this place and would recommend you do the same.

Warning! DO NOT GO HERE! The workers are rude and disrespectful and do not honor the info on their signage or website! Told us were were holding up the drive through when had a problem with our order. Then told us to go around inside but they LOCKED thedoor so not only could we not get in but other customers could not either! Inside they were laughing and thought it was funnyto illegally lock customers out. They refused to honor the info on their signs to fix our order. Would give zero stars ifcould. Never had such a horrible experience at any place as we did here. Take your business elsewhere. This place does notrepresent Dairy Queen favorably!

I understand there are still concerns about viruses and such, but this location frequently has its dining room closed without notice. It's hard to predict which days it will be unavailable, possibly due to staffing issues. This situation really needs to improve. The ice cream is consistently great, but the food can be hit or miss.

I ordered a couple of Bacon Two Cheese Burgers at the drive-thru. While the burgers were decent, they forgot the bacon on one of them. It was a bit disappointing, but nothing major. The staff member at the drive-thru was all business over the speaker, but she was very friendly at the window. I would consider returning if I’m in the area again, but I'll definitely check my order next time.

The service was exceptional, and I loved the personal touch. The food was incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious!
