Dairy Queen - Albany

I had a negative experience at the drive-thru on November 22, 2022, at 12:28 PM. The person taking the orders was extremely rude. If you're not in the mood to work, it's better to not be there at all. It's too early in the day for such a bad attitude! I shouldn't have to leave without my order because of someone's poor demeanor.

Recently, the food has been somewhat disappointing. Additionally, they appear to be lacking essential ingredients such as fudge, bananas, and even the special seasonal ingredients for their pumpkin blizzard.

I called ahead to check if they had the cotton candy blizzard before making the drive across town. They confirmed that they did have it, but when I arrived, I was told they were actually out of it. To make matters worse, the staff member I spoke to was quite rude.

Always good Bluzzard, they did not have the Dirty Oreo like we wanted so we got the regular Oreo Blizzard..

Before I called, I drove around the city to confirm that they had the cotton candy Blizzards. They assured me they did, but when I arrived, they told me they were actually out of the pink flavor, and the staff member was really rude about it.
