This place is great for a sit-down dinner, with prices ranging from $20 to $30 per person. I would rate the food a 4 out of 5, service a 4 out of 5, and atmosphere a 3 out of 5. I recommend trying the cheeseburger and fries.

The best part was that they had a roll of paper towels and a large bottle of ketchup on the table, as well as glasses of water with plenty of ice in a pitcher. The staff can be a bit short with customers, and the service can be slow. However, the food is absolutely delicious! The chicken parmesan is outstanding, and the French fries are always unique and delicious. It's one of my favorite places to eat. Just maybe not the best choice for a first date. The specialty drinks here are also amazing.

My 10-year-old daughter couldn't stop raving about how it was the best burger she's ever had, and I would have to agree that it's one of the best. You can add bacon for an additional $3, there are plenty of sauces to choose from, and the fries are also delicious. The waiter was also the chef and was very friendly. On Saturdays, bacon is free. My son ordered the chicken quesadillas, which were huge and delicious. We highly recommend this place.

Everything was served on warm iron dishes, which was a nice touch. On Saturdays, they even have free bacon! The atmosphere was super friendly and had a relaxed, neighborhood pub vibe. It was our first time there, but we were treated like long-time customers. Our bartender, Matt, was enjoyable to talk to and made us laugh. You won't find many hidden gems like this place. I'll definitely be returning soon!

I googled a search and my daughter suggested Build a Burger Pub. I Love mom and Pop type of eateries. I had the BEST bacon cheeseburger with seasoned crispy fries. The owner and staff were the most friendliest people you’d ever want to meet. Needless to say I saved this location on my GPS. I do frequent Albany and I definitely will not be in this area without stopping at Build a Burger Pub.
