The price was very reasonable. We love B&B BUT not answering the phone is terrible customer service. We live 40 miles from there with family that also loves it that live 4 hours from us. They... read more We love B&B BUT not answering the phone is terrible customer service. We live 40 miles from there with family that also loves it that live 4 hours from us. They took the long way to get here so they could stop and pick up food for us. They called when they were close so I could order. We called a dozen or more times with no answer. We should have just taken our business somewhere else but they stopped and ordered. I think you’re successful but can you imagine how much more successful you could be. With wishy washy days that you close people call before taking the trip there. I’d guess you are losing hundreds of dollars of business.
