Beautiful restaurant.. beautiful food .. from Australia .. it was a little difficult since the menu was only in Italian .. but the head waiter translates us .. because we spoke the only English we had no idea what any dish was .. just trying to train it .. the head waiter was too busy talking to the local people. Wine was nice .. first time I ate Pigeon. apparently a regular meal.

I absolutely loved the place, the food and the experience. First, the choice is quite wide and allows you to order either a la carte or create your own culinary experience. With the help of a charming and very knowledgeable sommelier you can adjust the perfect wine according to your choices. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming and elegant and modern. The food was very well thought out and presents the local Castelli Romani products special attention. Mixtures of flavors and textures proved that this is an experience we not only remember, but we cannot wait to try again! Prices are very included for service and quality provided. 10/10 I would recommend.
