The good combinations of typical Mediterranean products with Asian-type sauces are noteworthy. To mention the ones we tried: cheese arepitas, butter fish tiradito (with Thai sauce), gallopedro curry suquet. All of them taste fantastic, without the sauces clouding the quality of the raw material. Great tarte tatin dessert with vanilla ice cream.
