You can 't stay afloat unless you offer a good product at prices people consider fair. Alba Adriatica has changed everything, the pizzerias have changed management, but Wolf is still there. I remember once hearing the owner Marcelo get angry that he couldn 't offer lower prices. My meat costs so much per kilo, how much should I charge? I sell it by the pound, which is better. I 'm talking about several years ago, but this is the restaurant 's policy: raw materials command a higher price, and the owner himself wouldn 't want that, but sometimes you just can 't help it. If you want to eat quality, and therefore raw materials are a given, you can say you don 't like it, but if you say it 's not quality, you 're lying. Even the criticisms about the streetside tables—this is the place and it shows. If you 're that squeamish by nature, go elsewhere. We 're not in the '80s, when a car accelerating would pollute your air. Today, you can 't even smell those odors. It 's more of a mental thing than anything else. Maybe you breathe that air, but if you eat a tasty pizza or a sandwich on the street, it 's no longer a good idea. Anyway, I always eat outside and have never had these problems. In fact, it 's really nice to eat outside on the street in the summer. The pizza is good, the welcome is friendly, and Wolf is a guarantee. Go there, you 'll eat well and have peace of mind.

The place is very beautiful and unique, simple with a paper tablecloth, but who cares when the food is GOOD and the staff is friendly and welcoming! We had arrosticini for our little girl and a beautiful and, above all, EXCELLENT FLORENTINE steak. The value for money is very good given the fantastic location on the seafront. I RECOMMEND and will be back.
