The last visit, the cookie was fresh and delicious. This visit, the old woman behind the counter was cold (we're Italian) and had zero customer service skills. We ordered two different types of chocolate filled cookies, and she had the audacity to take them off of the back shelf instead of the front display counter. Excellent hazelnut cakes and various cookies, great assortment!
Typical delicacies and bakery! absolutely try all the sweet and salty!
Fixed once a year for us who live far away. the staff is very kind and their truffles are really spectacular (besides all the other products) fresh and delicious!
It happened to be the only place open early. Excellent Americano and pastry and nice staff who spoke English.
