After booking for lunch I arrive and he assigns me a table at the bottom of the pool practically in the shade on the north side and ventilated for today November 1st and he tells me that if my phone doesn't work he will take me to see the bottles to read the wine list but we're joking. Exceptiona experience at Carlos Grill. Huge variety to chose from and the waiters were aware of our presence. Carlos does a fire show every time a customer orders special kind of meat from the menu. Una semplice serata di mercoledì. Non era affollato, anzi, piuttosto tranquillo, ma che esperienza fantastica. Abbiamo scelto noi stessi il pezzo di carne nella vetrina e si viene guidati nelle scelte dei contorni. La carne era davvero veramente buona. Anche la selezione di vini era abbondante!
