I'm an American now living in Alatri and I've always missed the round Italian-American style pizzas I grew up with in New York. This shop gas the best round pizzas I've eaten in Italy. Crunchy but not burnt with an array of toppings that seems endless. Inexpensive and delishious. Now if they learn to put ricotta in their calzones along with the mozzarella I'll be in heaven.
