First of all I have to say that we like this place. When you go inside it's like if you were going back in time. The atmosphere is rally old fashioned traditional pstries and sweets. The ideal place for a tea or a hot chocolate. On the other hand I have to say that the owners of this place could make big efforts to improve it still maintaining its charm: the napkins, the curtains, the toilets, the floors are dustful... Historic venue in the Ligurian town, which has managed to evolve without betraying its ancient flavour. The staff are very kind, the prices are correct for those little masterpieces represented by the pastries offered: splendid to look at, excellent and sophisticated in taste. Edit April 4, 2024: Unfortunately this year's handcrafted Easter eggs were totally tasteless. The price of an artisanal product is justified only with a high level product. In this case, therefore, the egg was found to be expensive without justification. Reluctantly I have to lower the rating of the place.
Let's say that only the prestigious name remained. The lady at the cash register perhaps needs to get down from the pedestal, she asked me for the table number and when I tried to explain what the position was, she replied haughtily that the number was marked on the table or on the note they left when they served us ! Too bad it was so windy that there was nothing left on the table! My daughter's crepes were also dry on the edges and I didn't have sugar for the coffee. Historic place also famous for its kisses of Alassio. High quality pastry and chocolate shop is located in one of the most central and lively squares in the town a few steps from the sea. Very kind and perfect hostess Mrs Chiara, always very attentive and thoughtful.
History of pastry located in the central area of Alassio, known for the famous “Baci di Alassio”. a very nice place, environment treated in detail to maintain that style of tradition 70. we went because we read that it was a stage in which we had to be alassium and I must say that we were very satisfied. the service at the tables was fast, friendly staff. I recommend it.
Local in the center of the Alassio Gulf, with the charm of the 60s/70s, slightly demodé but with its charm. He could keep the atmosphere intact a few decades ago. good coffee, excellent cappuccino and very pleasant to the view. good brioches and serve slightly warmed. price, considered location, appropriate. recommended? Yeah, great for a sweet break.
