simple dishes of good size at competitive prices, with terrace with beautiful views of the castle, menu option and more elaborate dishes, including rich desserts. very friendly staff. recommended. we thought we had called to book, to be weekend, and we came, arriving at 14:00h there were many people who were forcing all the places they wanted to eat. I went to lunch on a Sunday and I didn't get much service to bart the waiters the unprepared food we ordered the ear to throw the flank in the pan was fine but one normal thing I don't recommend it I don't know if it would be that day especially pq had many problems or nose but the truth didn't get the best of the whole place next to the Alarcon parador View all feedback.
Very popular with the locals. The main dining area was full. The waiters were quick and responsive on the order. The food was good and plentiful.
Great choice having lunch at Mesón Don Julián. So close to Alarcon Castle, the patio for outside meal is an spectacular spot, Angel the waiter and Carlos the boss are really friendly and helpful. Awesome food and price, we will go back soon.
In a town with limited dining it was nice that this restaurant was open on Sunday. The staff was friendly and both the house salad and bull’s tail stew were very good. Being typical, it was quaint inside but nothing special.

Hemos parado de casualidad y hemos entrado a comer a las 15h pasadas. Nos han atendido fenomenal. Hemos comido de lujo. El cordero está espectacular. Sin duda volveremos!
