Pier 29 Waterfront Restaurant Bar

Tested this place 2 days in order. for the first time we came to lunch and we are greeted by a server that threw our menus on the table. we ordered the fish and chips that were reasonably expensive. But when that came, we were shocked how little food was on the tellers. we spent $80 just to get food on the way to home. determined to give the breakfast an attempt and was surprised to see that 2 eggs, speck kartoffeln and toast for $16. instead tried the omelette, thought that maybe the portions were a little better, I was wrong. on the top we had the same server that seemed to be in a better mood. I'd be honest about this place if they're not hungry. edit.: the service is nothing to flee. sa with empty glasses and coffee sauces all the waiter went several times and looked only on the table. All that is badly done will not be back.

Great views. We had our company holiday party there and no one was disappointed. It was especially cold in the building, so I suspect the heater was down because I don't think a restaurant would intentionally keep the rooms that cold. I'd recommend the place.

Beautiful restaurant and bar with bay views of the San Francisco skyline in front and the Ballena Bay marina in the back. But the real treasure is the food. Well thought out, simple seafood, poultry and meat selections. Tasty and seasoned just right. The clam chowder seems to have taken a left turn recently but it's still pretty good. The blackened salmon and pork medallions are also good choices!

Pier 29 has always been a constant 5 stars! Their food is superb. They have a well diversed menu which contains a large amount of seafood and other choices. Their service is top-notch. I have never had a bad meal at Pier 29. Highly recommended!
