Mcdonald's - Alameda

I have always had positive experiences at the Alameda location, but today was an exception. Francis, who was working the window, was incredibly rude. Thankfully, the manager stepped in and helped me out.

The restaurant appears clean, which is to be expected as it is relatively new. However, the bathrooms were not very clean and the service was slow. It seemed like the staff were mainly focused on the drive-thru orders.

I always find McDonald's to be subpar, but this particular location has the most welcoming staff. Because of that, they deserve a 5-star rating.

This McDonalds has gotten my order wrong so many times throughout the years. And the thing was the drive thru wasn?t even busy, just 2 cars ahead and one car behind us.

Terrible... Might be the worst Micky D's in the bay area! They updated the building but didn't update the terrible management. You've got a 60% chance of getting the wrong food in your order. And if you have a big family order they make you park in anumbered spot and wait 5-10 min while car after car go through the drive through... How can you possibly serve 20 cars behind mebefore you bring my food out it's only 2 meals and 2 kids meals. I've been going here for many years and thought it might bedifferent after the construction... But nope....what a joke
