I-tea Milpitas - Alameda

Long line but got our drink faster than expected! lovely mango sago, a little sweet so I recommend 80% sugar : very delicious. this was around $5.50 after tax!

There are no straws came with milk teas. And there is no toppings in my match red been pudding tea. Our popcorn chicken looks like half eaten. Tried to call but was put on hold for a longtime. I just gave up. Never going back again.

Nice interior, huge selection of drinks, toppings and even real food. All of these are at very friendly prices.

I love the tea they serve here, there's a great selection here for many alike. Lots of different flavors such as Japanese Macha Green Tea Red Bean Paste, a Kiwi fruit tea, strawberry mango, a fruity blend, panda milk tea, and it takes 5~10 minutes for your order (depending on how big your order is and if you ordered only tea) it's worth every cent. I come here every so often and might do it more often too

This place is is at far to busy and it's because of the service. The people working are more focused on to their friends on the windows or the customers who are their friends. They aren't concentrating on their work which makes them work slower. I hope you can solve this problem immediately.
