Been coming here since it opened and never had any issues with their food or staff. I love how huge the drink menu is when you walk in. I just wanted a drink so I got the M3 Strawberry blossom drink with boba. I thought it was perfectly made and it was delicious. Staff was nice and my drink was done in a timely manner. Came at 8:30pm to get our boba fix. I don't know how it's possible to get bad service at a boba shop but the girl taking our order wasn't too happy last night. Drinks here isn't as good as other iTeas and not as good as other boba shops in Alameda, plus itself always super crowded. Better off going somewhere else.
Visited i Tea yesterday evening and was surprised by the quality of their drink and popcorn chicken! I ordered a jasmine milk tea with grass jelly and popcorn chicken, both came out really good, the quality was there. Initially ordered a jasmine milk tea with lychee jelly and I asked the girl at the register if I could change it out last minute to grass jelly, and she was so kind to do so. I also asked for extra garlic and basil in my chicken, and she had her coworker check for me if that was possible as well, I appreciated that so service was great! When my popcorn chicken came out, they really did not skimp on my request of extra basil and garlic!! Loved that thank you i Tea of alameda!!!
This branch is way better than in Castro Valley they have tables and chairs to eat inside and great decor(ambiance) clean, and they are friendly and fast service?
