It’s a simple and classic breakfast spot. Whenever I go, they’re on point. What did I get? Country fried steak with eggs, hash browns and a side of toast. Oh and some OJ. read moreAlbert's Cafe is a beloved breakfast spot in Alameda, known for its classic American and Salvadorian menu. The country fried steak with eggs and hash browns is a must-try, along with the delicious pupusas. The service is generally attentive, with a welcoming atmosphere and a satisfying meal experience. While the restaurant can get busy and service may be slow at times, the quality of the comfort food makes it worth the wait. Overall, Albert's Cafe offers a consistent and tasty dining option for those looking for a low-key, no-fuss breakfast spot in the area.
Simple diner with affordable foodCame here on a random Wednesday since I've seen this place on yelp and always wanted to try it.
We ordered our food to go, it was ready for pickup within ten minutes and the server made it an easy process.
Albert's is the best hole in the wall breakfast in the East Bay.
