Ellianos Coffee - Alachua

The online ordering system needs some work. We ordered ahead of time and still had to wait in line for 25 min. It’s a good thought but they do not execute it well at all. Because of the extended wait our food was cold.

Update. It's been about 4 months since my last trip to Ellianos. And they get 5 stars this time. Everything was perfect, the staff hadn't opened yet, and I felt rude waiting until 6am but I really wanted to give them a shot. They didn't disappoint. Opened on time, and the girl was super sweet and in a good mood. I told her about my experience with the last bagel and she made sure it was covered in cream cheese. And my drink was perfect. Also, the last 2 times I reviewed this location they promptly reached out to me and offered to make it right. Great business. I will be back.

The Turkey bacon ranch sandwich. Don 't get it. It 's embarrassing. Expectation versus reality. It 's like almost nailed it joke.

The coffee is strong, unlike other chains I have been to. They have a great selection and the prices are great. I’d say it’s better than any other place I’ve been to in the area. The freezers actually taste like coffee and not just sugar. Highly recommended.

First time ever to visit an Elianos coffee place so didn’t have a clue what to do. When I asked the young lady taking orders in the driveway she was helpful in directing me; however, the signage posted was apparently incorrect and I could have pulled up in the driveway in the first place had I ‘known’ that!!! Another sign out said to “scan for the menu” which didn’t work (good thing I just wanted a plain coffee… . When I told the attendant who took my order the QR code scanner wasn’t working she said she would let the manager know and apologized. My coffee was good and a good price. Staff friendly. Very busy location.
