I love that they... read more It's always been in Alachua for as long as I remember. I used to joke it was their version of an Outback. On a crowded night, it can get loud. I love that they are happy and helpful with Togo orders. It's always nice when they don't treat you like a nuisance for asking for that. The country fried steak is delicious and can feed two people (not teenagers). I'll continue to visit when in town.

If you're in the area I highly recommend stopping in. Ice cream next door for dessert was nice too !

The staff was ve... read more Stopped by for a late lunch and the food was delicious. The late afternoon offered us a quieter experience as much of the lunch crowd was gone. The staff was very friendly and made sure we had a great experience. The food portions were so large wecouldn't eat more than half our food, which is fine because we love left overs. The burger was juicy and full of flavor whilethe steak hogie was equally enjoyable. The super crisp sweet potato fries were amazing and the home fries were a perfect paringfor the burger. If you have some time, swing on in here for a great meal! Also, the attached candy and ice cream shop makes fora great spot for desserts, but considering how full we were from lunch we skipped any sweets this time around.

I had ice cream next door for dessert. The rib eye was cooked to perfection.
