Usually gets crowded when visiting SM which makes finding a seat hard and makes it less private. The food can be good or meh depending on what is available I highly recommend getting the japanese bread or cheese cake when available! The only Starbucks this side of the country. It is always packed with coffee lovers and those who would like to be seen in the IN place. Hibiscus tea with pomegranate pearls is my all-time favorite cooler if I am not in the mood for hot black coffee. Staff are consistently efficient and accommodating. I find the airconditioning too cold for comfort. It is maybe their strategy so people do not stay very long. View all feedback.
