I arrived for the pick up on time but the cake wa... read more I was recommended this bakery by a friend and I paid 845aed for a custom cake (ordering it a week in advance). I arrived for the pick up on time but the cake was not there. When it eventually arrived it was not what I ordered and the decoration was ugly and very amateurishly done. It had clearly been done when they realized they had forgotten my order. Their answer was to offer me a refund but it was to come out of the salary of the guy who took my order!! Surely it is the responsibility of management to take responsibility for the service the business provides.  Disappointing experience and I would not recommend it.
