I visited this restaurant a while ago and it was amazing. This is my second visit and the food is a disaster. Everything is either undercooked or served cold. To top that, when I notified the waiter about the undercooked meat, he claimed that it is supposed to be like that. We left everything as it came from the kitchen (what a waste . A GOOD EXPERIENCE OVERALL!! The shisha they serve is not that great. BUT, the food is amazing!! Not to mention the highly courteous and friendly staff. But the best thing about Zaytinya Hotel is the seating area. You can sit here all day and do your work and literally NO-ONE bothers you. Its like a small family here. Also, the manager is a friendly guy. Very approachable. Long story short, highly recommended!!
Was hesitated a bit to tryout due to other reviews, but honestly it was very good. Nice seating area. The food was so yummy specially the BBQ and kebbah كبة نية
