What Jaime Hagenes likes about TGI FRIDAYS - Montrose:
There was a 30 minute wait with 3 hostesses standing up front while at least 5 tables were empty and needed cleared. We had a 6:30 reservation made on the Friday’s app, walked in at 6:25 and let them know we were there, proceeded to wait 20 minutes, then sat ourselves at the bar. At 7:10 I received a text that we had been added to the waitlist. The bartender was nice and pretty thorough for as busy as the bar was wit... View all feedback. We were told when we arrived that they don’t take reservations on Saturdays even though I made one on Open Table so we had to wait. Service was terrible! Server basically ignored us. Our food took forever. They ran out of clean glasses so they started using styrofoam cups. View all feedback.

After having a terrible experience at a different restaurant and walking out I came here in hopes of getting a decent meal.

read moreThea restaurant offers a mixed dining experience. While the appetizers such as the Brie Brulee and salads received high praise for their freshness and taste, the entrees left much to be desired. Dishes like the crab and shrimp pasta and gyro plate had significant issues with preparation and presentation. However, the salmon dish and desserts like the mousse cake received positive feedback. The service at Thea was a point of contention, with some customers experiencing long wait times and issues with glassware. Despite mixed reviews, the BYOB policy and beautiful decor were highlighted as positives. Overall, while some customers had a less-than-ideal experience, Thea still has its share of fans who appreciate the fresh ingredients and exceptional service.
