Sam Sylk's Chicken Fish - Akron

Went here for lunch with a co-worker after seeing them on Google. I ordered the perch sandwich and fries, a piece of red velvet cake and a jar of the blue raspberry drink. Denzel was the only person in the shop. Very personable and attentive despite working his tail off. Watched him cut fresh lettuce and tomatoes for the sandwiches we had ordered and the wait was 15 to 20 minutes. But I will say this... once we started eating, the food was ABSOLUTELY worth the wait.

They're chicken was alright kind of bland, I was disappointed with it. The fish was much better, the fries were ok, I've had better and they forgot to give me my coleslaw.

I had the wings and fries it was delicious along with the okra. It was made to order so everything was hot and fresh. If you go expect to dine in, that is not an option no tables.

This was my 1st visit. I ordered catfish, chicken wings, shrimp, macaroni and cheese, greens, and a gallon of cherry kool-aid. Everything I ordered was absolutely delicious. Not to mention excellent customer service!

Ordered this online, which was simple enough, but it claimed they would confirm your order. I never got it. So going by there time, my food was sitting there. It wasn't hot. But everything which count was excellent. I got fish and a side of fries and a peach cobbler. It was very good! The workers was very friendly and greeted everyone with a smile. I will be going back!
