My partner drives a half-loader, so we decided to stop for a meal before hitting the road at 11:30. We placed our order and waited, but when we received our food, it wasn’t fully cooked. It was quite frustrating because all they needed to do was ensure everything was ready before serving us. A few extra minutes of waiting would have made a difference.
Typically the best service you can ask for in Akron. Is always kind and attentive. Like most things in current time though it 's dipping in service and as my roommate said after our meal, more like Kentucky Microwaved chicken .
The employees were fantastic, for the place not having any air conditioning for them. It was the hottest day of the year and they were dropping like flies but the stayed in a good mood and helped out until all fell Ill. The employees deserve air conditioning corporate KFC!
They don't care at all about customers who are paying for an overpriced meal. Went through the drive thru and they were out of something they had advertised everywhere. Take the advertisements down if you have a shortage issue. They rushed us while ordering and at the window. The girl at the window said she was leaving soon. We asked for honey mustard, ketchup, butter and honey with my meal. They charged me for the honey mustard even though I bought chicken tenders. I asked for extra pickles and they gave me one. They forgot one of the meals altogether. And only put in 2 ketchup packets for 3 orders of fries, and 1 butter and 1 honey for 3 biscuits. Had to go back in immediately after pulling around and the guy was incredibly rude. Not sure why because were were super polite the entire time. He didn't want to give us our food they forgot and gave us a hard time. When we asked for more honey and butter, he gave us honey mustard instead and no butter at all inside the bag. Told him we wanted honey, not honey mustard and he lied and said they don't have any. When they just gave me one in the drive thru so I know they do. As we pulled away we realized almost the whole crew were outside smoking. Once we got home we realized they never gave us straws for our drinks either. The food was good but they lack customer service. Also, if I wanted to go to the store and buy condiments for my food, I would have just bought my chicken at the store!
