We placed our order and waited, but when we received our food, it wasn’t fully cooked. It was quite frustrating because all they needed to do was ensure everything was ready before serving us. A few extra minutes of waiting would have made a difference.

It was the hottest day of the year and they were dropping like flies but the stayed in a good mood and helped out until all fell Ill. The employees deserve air conditioning corporate KFC!

I told her at three different locations, there were two orders, one a snack big chicken dish for 2.99 and the 2nd order was a chicken dish for $5. to the window and must repeat the order, come home and the order is wrong. it is a makkaroni bowl when I told her three times that they were both chicken bowls, she repeated the order back and said she got it. drive them twenty minutes back to the load to tell them that my order is wrong, not my bad, our apologies for the inconvenience. it’s just “see what she got and do it for her” then the dame that makes my eating new has no gloves on. They also don’t apologize, they just disappear on the back. I ask for a refund and a guy in a pink hemd asks for my reception, gives me a refund and that is that. It is not sorry for the inconvenience, I am sorry that they have to go back, I am sorry that someone here cook without gloves when it is kovid, and affen pox around.
