Never experienced a problem. They took our BK out of Hartville so it is important to get our gas money's worth. And they don't disappoint.

SO FRIENDLY!! She took our order with a minute of walking in. We received our food fast, and more importantly it was how we ordered it and it was hot! Thank you!!

Never been a big fan of the flame grilled. Tho the fish or chicken rocks. Never had a problem with customer service or wait time. Always on time an still hot when I get home to eat. Now if I can get in and out with out a problem with that new inconvenient strip in the street which now is going to kill business on both sides now.. Watch.. I gave up trying to waist gas which is already high enough to figure best way in or out. I'll stay home sorry love your food but they killed your business for me

I can honestly say that I eat from here way to often so I can verify that it's a great place to grab a bite to eat. The staff at this location are awesome and make quality fast food the turnaround is typically super fast even when packed and the quality is 9.8/10 every time, and that's just because we know you've seen the salad and just happen to forget about it every time lol I have built up a lot of trust that it's done the right way the first time and I'm yet to be disappointed after 2 years of eating here. I look forward to the next time I'm going for food because they're going to be my first choice. Keep up the great work day night shifts
