Our second visit to Yamazaki was every bit as enjoyable as the first. Fresh, locally sourced ingredients that are expertly prepared and skillfully presented are the primary attraction. 清流のコースを戴きました。大皿の野菜盛り合わせ、ローストポーク、ご飯、お味噌汁、デザートで、お腹いっぱい。 煮物の味付けが優しくホッコリして、幸せな気持ちになります。きんぴらも美味しかったローストポークは、柔らかくて良かったデザートは、さつまいものアイス。 こちらは芋ーって感じではなく、ほのかに甘味のある優しいアイスでした。 次は、ちょっと贅沢に予約必要なコースを戴いてみたいです
