I placed an online order with an estimated delivery time of 4 hours, but it took over 5 hours. When I called to check, they said my order was still in the shop and hadn't been dispatched. Despite informing them that I needed it earlier, they claimed an employee had given me incorrect information. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from them, as their details are inaccurate and unreliable.
