Onion rings are thick cut so if you like that... i prefer thin, but they are still good in taste and texture. Price is under 20 for both combos pretty solid.

I 've eaten here several times now and they 're consistently delicious....and ditto the Philly cheese steak sandwiches, but beware, those are big suckers that 'll have you busting at the seams (in the best possible way . Personally, I would skip the Greek salad and the crispy chicken sandwich, although my hubby likes the crispy chicken, so it 's just a matter of taste. Oh, and if you like your bacon crispy, then Retro does it just right....there 's nothing quite like a little bacon cheeseburger to brighten your day : Amirite? Anyway, this is just a simple, no-frills burger cafe so don 't expect anything fancy or gourmet....just expect one helluva tasty, that-hit-the-spot burger. Oh, and super friendly customer service to boot. Well done, y 'all!

It's the BEST, and I've had a LOT of different ones. You can't go wrong with the classic but my go-to poutine is the bacon poutine. It's absolutely DEEEELISH and they always put the perfect amount of bacon, cheese curds, and gravy atop their yummy fries. The bacon has such a satisfying crunch to it. I'm usually gluten-free, but that goes out the window when given the opportunity to have some Retro. The staff is fabulous too.

I always order my burger cooked to a medium temperature, but when I went in today, it seemed like my request was not relayed to the cook. Despite informing the staff of my preferred toppings, my burger was still left cooking on the grill. I asked multiple times for it to be taken off the grill before it became too well done, but the cook ignored my requests. When it was finally taken off, the cook insisted it needed a few more minutes, even though I specifically asked for it not to be overcooked. Unfortunately, when I got home, I found that the burger was burnt on the bottom and completely inedible. I was very disappointed with the result, especially considering the $8.00 I had spent on it.

The employee yelled out combo. I corrected him, and my price went from $24 to $18. So the drink in the combo is $6? I know that it was almost closing, but come on. That's just not right.

The burger is stretch out and flat, seems more like a Harvey's burger or BK, and the oil the currently use will make you sick. He was rude and impatient, making me feel rushed while I was trying to place my order. I’m not sure if he’s the new owner, but his behavior was quite off-putting. He acted as though he were Gordon Ramsay, shouting at the staff and creating confusion, which made customers uncomfortable. The burgers also don’t taste as good as they used to, and the quality has definitely declined. To top it off, the bun for my Philly cheesesteak was burnt. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

We ordered several dishes, and everything was fantastic. I typically don’t enjoy onion rings because they often taste greasy, but the ones here were incredible. The Big 10 burger was massive, juicy, flavorful, and delightful. The Chicken Souvlaki had a lovely charred flavor that I really enjoyed. Without a doubt, we will be coming back here many times. And of course, we have to return to try the fried Mars bar!
