Burger Factory - Ajax

The burgers are scrumptuous, the staff is friendly and polite and the place is clean and well maintained. Slightly on the expensive side, but worth a visit.

I've had a few different burgers from their menu, with my most common ones being Juicy Lucy, Cheesy Lucy (Juicy Lucy with cheese) and the cheeseburger. While they are decent burgers, I've found the quality to be very variable. Sometimes they feel a little undercooked. The lettuce usually does not taste fresh. Wait time is typically around 10 minutes during low-traffic times. For the price, I do not think it's worth it considering other burger restaurants in the area.

The burger itself is pretty bland and the fries are nothing special. Considering how long it takes for your order to be ready, it is not worth the wait. I'd consider this a very average, run of the mill burger joint.

Best burger in town! I've tried many high rating burgers around GTA and this is the best. The poutine is so saucy too!!

I ordered 2 cheeseburgers and a side of onion rings and fries. unfortunately the burgers had no flavour other than the toppings and the fries were fresh cut but extremely under done and oil soaked. I would not recommend this burger joint, even thou they are trying to generate business with their specials due to their lack of food quality specifically at the Ajax location. On the positive side the staff was very pleasant and informative.
