You can tell the dishes are fresh, homemade, and bursting with authentic flavors: a tabbouleh with spices and aromatic herbs that enchants the palate, a simply delicious rikakat (beef roll), and shish taouk (chicken skewer) with a garlicky cream sauce that completely won me over, not to mention the kibbeh, a specialty I highly recommend.
